Rachel is passionate about reading, in particular non-fiction, and delivering it to young children in a way that is relevant and engaging to them. She has been inspired by children's natural hunger, curiosity and desire to understand and make sense of the world around them. Richard O'Neil

Richard is a digital artist based in North Yorkshire. He is Yorkshire's most popular travel artist and travel artist of the year 2022/23. He is inspired by classic twentieth century travel art and the beautiful scenery of his home county of Yorkshire and especially coastal scenery. His beautiful true-to-life illustrations are a fundamental part of the books, helping young readers to easily relate them to their own encounters and experiences.

It forms part of the series of books written specifically for children passionate about vehicles. Each book features a different vehicle and explores where it is going and the jobs it is doing.
